Is discovery channel really this bad?

Now, Y'all need to click on the link, which takes you to the original FakeBook page, and read the comments, where I found this gem:

"That is what you call a sabot round. It adds more muzzle velocity to the projectile by placing a larger propellant charge on a lighter projectile. When the foreskin reaches the tip of the barrel the space casing reacts with the oxygen and breaks away. Once discarded, the sabot pulls the arming pin on the micro ballistic rocket motor and begins a setback timer. The timer hits zero and then all hell breaks loose. Mach oh my god is the speed you can see out of a round like this."
 
Hahahahahahah!

I want a gun that does that. Would it then fire again on impact and explode your target? I think that's hilariously stupid.
