The pocket clip on my Griptilian is loose. It looks like the screws are Torx-type screws. I looked at a local auto parts store and Ace Hardware store for a Torx bit or driver this small, with no luck.

Does anyone know what size tool I need to tighten things down?

also use a bit of locktight.

I bought the same set. Useful little box and has a belt clip on the backside. Holds the unused bits quite a bit better than a standard T bit driver. Mine is in the Tupperware container with the rest of my knives. And it works on non Benchmades, as T screws seem to be common among other makers.

A few years back I contacted Benchmade since I'd bought a used one that was missing a screw or two for the clip... They sent me more than I asked for - and free... Great outfit if my experience is anything to go by...

last time I called they wanted $5 for a clip now. every time before it had been for free. Hopefully that was a blip and not new policy.

Just in case anyone's still looking for small torx bits, these two small screwdriver sets are available at Lowe's, both fairly inexpensive and both work. Have both. I like the Lenox set a bit better and have it on my bench. Handy for tasks where you need a wee screwdriver and stores nicely in its little white box.

The little Benchmade blue box is pretty cool and compact (have one that came with a premium Benchmade), but it's a bit pricey for what you get if purchased standalone, IMO.

If you're going to use Loctite, the purple version designed for smaller screws is probably a better choice than the blue.
