Didn't get to the range-drove all the way there (15 mi.), couldn't find my RFID card for the gate! Dang Alzheimer's! But I took some pics to show you the difference between closed and fully extended. There are three positions between these. I also had the BUS both up and down.

Retracted fully, BUS open.

He mentioned in the video some disadvantage of making the brace shorter, I forget what now, but it was in connection with the other model. Is there any downside to using this one retracted?

p.s. You're not old enough for Alzheimers yet!!!

In a pinch obviously anything will do, but if I can choose something for HD it will be short and have a light, optic, and suppressor.
