SOLUTION: Savage magazine problems

I bought a Savage 11 in .223 last month. About every fifth round wouldn’t chamber due to super sloppy magazine fit. I called them on the way back from the desert a week or so ago. They sent me a replacement magazine free of charge which arrived today.

The new mag is a completely new design and fits much, much better. Nice job Savage.

Thought I would post this as I’m sure I’m not the only one out there with this problem.

Ya, I think they are using that new style on the Axis line as well now. Those old cruddy mags were the only problem I had with mine.

I actually prefer the older mag bottoms and switched mine out. But I'm weird like that. LOL
