The best conversion system I've used for swaging is the adapter kit for the Hornady Lock N Load. It runs pretty quickly and provides a very consistent swage that allows for easy priming. Converting the Lock N Load for swaging is pretty easy. Down side is the kit is only available for 223 or 308.

Not to steal Lee's thunder because I do think this new press is pretty cool and I'll likely end up with one for rifle brass prep. But I had no idea a swager was available for the LnL. Can you tell me more about it or direct me to where to see it online? I assume you pull out the primer punch and screw in a swager.

People have made some cool mods so you only have to feed and the finished brash drops into a bucket.

Generally yes although I don't think I'm in the minority by saying their primer systems generally suck. The Pro1000 can work but takes constant tapping and jiggling. Priming on the down stroke on the Load Master provides too much leverage and takes away some of the feel and finesse when seating. The Turret Press hanging feeder arm deal is pretty much a joke and a complete afterthought.
My turret press priming thingy works great for me.

I've got one setup for the 223/556 and it works great. Like said you drop them in the top inverted ( primer pocket up), it progress around to the swagger, then to the exit die. You have to pick them off the exit die, but there is a 3D printer part that directs them to a bucket. Once you get in rythem you can kick them out very fast, like 1 every 3-5 sec. Doesn't take long to process several 100.

Yep. Works well. Provides clean and consistent swage without damaging brass.

I have used the Swage It on a 650. This replaces the primer bunch. It sort of works but relies on the case rim to hold the case while swaging.

After watching that video, Ill stick with my Dillon super swage. Hook a rubber band to the handle and swagger end and you have auto eject

wait so can this thing resize, deprime, and swage in the same stroke? this will happily replace my Super Swage 600

It might be possible to size/deprime and swage a case with each handle cycle but I don't know how that'll work with a case feeder. During some point of the cycle the machine will have to kick out one case and feed another. Also, will the decapping rod work as a case hold-down during the swage operation? I think the decapping pin and spent primer would interfere with the swager button no?

I applaud the innovative folks at Lee for advancing the art of reloading and I own a lot of Lee equipment. I don't like the 25 second videos that ignore the setup time associated with the individual task. I guess if you have enough dedicated stations you can simply load the tubes for a specific step and keep time to a minimum.

I don;t think I will be giving up my current setup for a minor convenience but for those starting out you really should consider this setup.

I am going to have to pass on this one. I tried a Lee press before but it just didn't work out... the Lee red really clashes with all of my Dillon blue and that just ruins the whole reloading experience!

Loadmaster parked next to XL650. They compliment each other nicely. If interior decorating is that important to you in your reloading room then try something white between them. Can’t go wrong with red, white, and blue. Nice looking setup for two American made presses that work really well. Well, for those that can make a press run.

So is the deluxe press just the standard press and the automation kit together at a discount?
That's the way I'm reading it. I just took the plunge and preordered a Deluxe combo. I hesitated when they introduced the Pro 4000, because I really didn't need a 4 station progressive, but I can see they as a step up from my Lee Classic Cast for processing a large quantity of brass.

I just really like the idea of having a case feeder and ejection system for a single stage press for processing my pistol brass.

I doubt it would replace my Hornady system for swaging primer pockets...I only swag .223/5.56mm...although it does look like it could give it a run for speed
