Beretta model 81 trigger problem

I had some handloads that would not let the slide close . I could not eject the round or chamber it .
I tapped it shut with a rubber mallet . It fired but now it will not go into single action . Any idea of what damage I caused ? Thanks

I think I broke the sear . Found a small piece by where it happened when I got home tonight .
