There might be some difference between the two models as SIG mentions in their website about the P365 XL having "the "X" signature flat profile trigger that breaks at 90 degrees". All they say about the P365 is that it's striker fired "with the clean crisp trigger pull you expect from a SIG".

yes did you look at the link the xl has a straight trigger

You can add the straight trigger yourself. I've got the Grey Guns model in mine. Not sure if Sig sell their own for the 365. They sell one for the P320 series.

Edited to add: Yes, you can buy Sig's straight trigger for the 365 on their web site. $49
