Most seem to have gone for just under or at the lower end of the pre-sale estimates. Onsite bidders had a definite advantage because of the 20% internet premium, plus shipping and insurance. I bid $1200 on one that I fancied, but it went to an onsite bidder for $1400 - about $100 less than I would have paid on my $1200 bid, and the buyer could take it home today instead of waiting till January for shipment.

Berkely, sorry you didn't get it. Which one was it you wanted?

I would have liked to get one of the Pete Peterson copies. The Number 2 Pocket Paterson(3rd from bottom on your list) and the Texas Paterson with loading lever(5th from bottom) went for relatively low prices, $1,100 and $1,500 respectively. They look like extremely well made copies.
