Noreen does make a 30-06 AR https://onlylongrange.com/bn36x3-carbine-30-06/
You might be a bit disappointed to see it only comes with a 20rnd mag.

I like 30.06. So I bided my time, and got a Noreen BN36.
To be kind, it has been a labor of love, which has gotten this rifle to perform. Their adjustable gas block is figdgety, to be kind. Either has something to do with 30.06 back pressure, or just a yimsky design. The muzzle brake was useless as tits on a bull, and was slowing down the rifle cycling, BTW, THANKS A PANTLOAD, whoever installed that brake cranked it down like their life depended on it. Had to get new mag springs from the factory, took two or three calls for that. It "likes" 180 grain ammo, doesn't cycle very well, with anything else. STILL trying to get it to cycle dependably, if the SHTF, I would grab my vintage Garand, I know that rifle will run OK. Seems like every time I grab for the Noreen, it hawgs all the attention, at the range, with mechanical issues, trying to get it to cycle dependably and shoot accurately.

So, if you are considering a Noreen 30.06, be sure to try one of their newer models, BEFORE you buy, because their first edition 30.06 ARs, aw, dang!
