Since I size everything in one operation, then load it in another, it could work for me for sizing/decapping cases in bulk prior to prep/loading.

Exactly what I've been thinking, the case feeder is the key to that....I use my Summit and/or Rock Chucker especially loading rifle, for sizing and case prep along with the Trim Mate, but I can see where this tool can speed things up considerably. Even a shaker case feeder to fill tubes will be adequate, and may even be easier to change calibers on than with a Dillon case feeder.

I wish it would prime that fast
My APS primed Pro 2000 does, as long as I remember to add strips!:)

Now if Mr. Lee would figure out how to make primer strips in 100 primer rolls....but wait, that'd put the primers back to close proximity dangerous again....never mind.

But a footnote is that you don't have a case feeder on your LnL AP, which would do nicely with no tubes to load.

Loadmaster parked next to XL650. They compliment each other nicely. If interior decorating is that important to you in your reloading room then try something white between them. Can’t go wrong with red, white, and blue. Nice looking setup for two American made presses that work really well. Well, for those that can make a press run.

The problem is I already have a Rockchucker... so I would have Blue, Red and Green?

Azerbaijan flag??? :(

LOL!!!

Well, I for one, didn't fully understand your post, now I do. Yes, the fact that it feeds cases is a plus for the sizing phase for me, and perhaps others.

I went ahead and ordered one. I managed to not order it for nearly six weeks, which the wife will confirm is a record for me.

It'll mostly be used for push-through sizing 9mm cast bullets, but I can see it filling other roles, too.

I cast over 1,000 9mm per week, and the time saving for sizing is going to be very much appreciated.

For me its all about speeding up case prep, and the tube feeder looks super. If you change calibers a lot like I do.....IOW's I don't load 1000's of one thing and change a setup once a week or less often......then Lee's shaker case collator is actually faster than a motorized one you have to set up for each caliber. That's why I spent the time to perfect the shaker, and replace the short tubes with 36" ones. I can load 4 36" tubes at once (that's 12 feet of tubes) in less than a minute....including .223 and .308 cases. Caliber changes? about 3 seconds.

So I see this APP as a real time saver.....my other case prep tools, can't use any kind of collator.....motorized or shaker. I've never figured out a bullet "shaker", so I do have a Hornady pistol bullet collator....improved to flip bullets. Still working on the rifle bullet bottleneck......MBF is still too expensive for me.......and I have to say, I hate the caliber change time I see.

Yup, me too. My son and I are getting a 3D printer this month, so we're going to take a shot at printing out an "OpenBulletFeeder" collator.

If you look at the Lee videos of the APP in action, it looks like they've used their standard Lee Bench Plate to mount the press, but it doesn't look like the press itself has the standard part on it that then mounts to the bench plate. Lee offers a hardwood "blank" kit that you can use to mount any press to the Lee Bench Plate, so I went ahead and ordered it. The plan is to use the hardwood blank kit to mount the APP to the Bench Plate so I can easily swap it out for my LCT. Just don't have enough bench space to keep them both mounted. : /

It uses the same mounting holes, on the Bench Plate, as the Lee Breech Lock Reloader press (#90045)

I think I was pretty clear that the LnL AP with case feeder serves well to just do size/decap in bulk. Without that case feeder on the LnL, yes, this new press could be a real asset.

This press is what my father would have referred to as a hoot-cluck, because you aren't entirely sure of what kind of bird that it is. :)
Still, wait and see.

I got it because it is a Single Stage press with a case feeder...which would allow me to deprime my cases faster.

An added option would be to use it to swag cases. I already have a Hornday LNL setup to swag .223...because I have a bunch of it...but the APP should be more versatile

I know exactly what kind of bird it is.....a Red Speckled Prepper......that I'm hoping will mate with my Green Breasted Trim Mater or maybe even my Summit Crested Down Feeder. ;)

ponchh: I ordered mine from Titan. Did you order yours from Lee, direct, or from somebody else? Be interesting to see what will come to me first, my Christmas recliner, or my APP?:)

I have a feeling you're gonna see a few of those Hornady swaging kits up on ebay... Including mine.

I paid a few dollars extra and went straight to the source with hope they would ship in house orders first.
Ordered on 12-2

I always thought that that kind of bird was a survivalist who happened to be a Ginger with freckles.
No, you're confusing the bird with me.....Ginger is just one of the 20 pills (drugs and supplements) I take to survive and rebuild. I shoulda quit the Dr. Pepper many years ago. I took better care of my reloading presses!;) Lookin forward to having a new toy to play with.

This looks like just the thing for swaging crimped .223 and it should compliment my Load Master and Classic Turret press well.

I'm eagerly awaiting reviews.

Looks like one could 3D print or fab a funnel on the discharge shoot and automatically load empty tubes for the next function, or for transferring to the Load Master case feed.
