Some people love a fight so many fists might fly. Sad that it has turned the direction it has but it has and probably best to accept it and hope for the best with as many people as can be assembled supporting the cause. Minus their weapons and with a cool demeanor. Let that muster of media partisan peacocks who helped feed this to a crescendo see civility and purpose in great number and form.

Situation in VA is likely going to help 2A Movement grow as focus on the situation will only increase pressure on the law makers as expressed by president's tweet yesterday.

"Your 2nd Amendment is under very serious attack in the Great Commonwealth of Virginia."

One can hope. Time will tell. This has become increasingly important and the world will be watching with the same eyes that watched Charlottesville.

I hope you’re right.
Personally, I’d like us to exercise the 2nd remove those in office who violate our rights and who are inflicting tyranny on our great state. Yes I know it would be ugly. But as our founding fathers knew, sometimes it’s necessary.

That said, I say this from the view of a last resort. We’ve been civil too long and let our rights be chipped away. The tyrants have been so embolden that they feel they can do anything. And I feel the things their doing is making the use of the ballot box ineffective as they lie, cheat and steal.

So I’m staying away as like many, I’m hot. In fact I’m so angry it’s not funny.
I’ll hope and pray that Monday goes well. But if it doesn’t I’ll support those who fight for our freedom, and I won’t apologize for it.

Guys saying they are definitely going to be carrying ARs and discussing police strength vs. armed protesters. Even talk about not letting legislators leave the general assembly site.

Well, technically they can be armed outside the square so I can imagine they could make it very difficult to get in and out of that area at all if they wanted to and were organized.

Meanwhile in Texas:

You are very confident in Texas' ability to avoid 2A infringements but this state is dangerously close to making a blue shift and if it does you better expect evil Democrats to do exactly as Northam has done and stick a finger in your gun owning eye with a quickness.

I guess it's just me, but I look at that plan, and all I can think about is Admiral Ackbar in "Return of the Jedi" saying, "It's a TRAP!!!". It's not just the fencing, but the whole event seems ripe for a "manufactured crisis" of some sort. If you are attending, please be aware of what is happening around you at all times - Be Safe.

It's been a "trap" ever since they banned guns and set up a choke hold perimeter.

The question is what are all the armed folks outside the perimeter going to do. As well as the bussed in instigators that will be there.

That's probably a trap too but it seems that it's time to put up or shut up regardless of the image that is trying to be portrayed.

Mainstream media loves mayhem, and their reporting will surely have the fringe benefit of playing into the Governor's and legislature's hands. I wonder, if the event happens and there are no serious incidents, whether the mainstream media will downplay the event itself, or maybe not even report on it at all. It is unlikely we will see any reports that show the VCDL and gun owners in a positive light regardless of what transpires.

I agree that this is looking like steps are being taken by the Governor and his minions to purposely increase the likelihood of conflict at the rally. Judging from his mindset I'd say that it's a near certainty.

As far as the trap, I hope that the Oathkeepers maintain an outer perimeter. Not only for a second line of defense, but also because they are exmilitary and police. They know the drill and the lingo. Could possibly defuse or de-escalate some minor occurrences.

As far as Anti-fa, as long as they are there for the purpose stated, great. But they're not known for being peaceable. Would be nice if they keep with our type of program. If they come in as a big group, HOPEFULLY, we can start slowly working our way through them, shake hands, smile and SEPARATE them. Get between them and kill them with kindness. Or be next to them and chill them out.....one way.,....or another.

I would recommend that everyone going be armed to the teeth.......... with cameras! GoPros, body cameras, cell phones.

Don’t break a single law but catch everything on camera that the liberal media will intentionally NOT catch. Our videos could possibly save our cause when a false flag war is started.

I don't know, there are a few gun owners on arf.com displaying what they are bringing to the rally, and it looks like they are going to war. Idiots.

In what world doesn't that beat an empty holster? But I guess with the vcdl it's all about believe and do as we say or please remain silent and invisible. Who do you take more seriously, centrum silver with an empty holster or fighting age male with above gear. If it's all empty holsters I say the whole lot of you virginians deserve, and will, have your freedoms stripped per our founders recommendations. Fear must motivate their decision making processes more than ours because fear is the most powerful motivator and so far vcdl is tiptoeing through the tulips on this deal! Bad policy! Weak leadership! Legal, and large displays of force will be good, and more effective for the cause. Empty holsters will be....empty.
