Wait, today is Valentine s day?

Just kidding. The wife and I don't celebrate Valentine's day. I asked her if I should love her more today, than any other day? She thought about it for 5 seconds, and said, that is dumb isn't it?

I actually embrace St. Valentine who defied Roman emperor to keep on marrying couples and paid with his life.

Besides, it gives me an excuse to obligate my wife ... :p

"So as Hookeye posted, make good decisions in choosing your girlfriend/wife. Your decision could result in decades of happy shooting memories or decades of sad regretful memories"

I belive I did OK in that department. Yesterday was our sixty-first wedding anniversary. Arthritis has really messed up my wife's hands. She seldom shoots with me any more but she does go to the range with me fairly regularly. She's really good at spotting 380 brass that runs off and hides from me.

Sister is married to an elk hunter. She is a Grand Canyon hiker, guide certified. Groan.
I have known these ladies - also brothers, father, mother, husbands - for longer than a Real Lady would care to discuss - and am pretty much adopted.
So you just need to pick one and tie the knot? :)

Today I bought three used ammo boxes and some .357 cases at the LGS.
Tonight I prepped some .223 brass.
The wife and I celebrated Valentines yesterday.
David.

LOL, sounds like good thing she is an "EX" wife ... ;)

My next one will have at least 200 acres of good deer hunting ground.
As I have buds that need a place to hunt.
Kinda guy I am, take one for the team ;)

Been single for over 15 yrs.
Well, not married anyway.
The ex and kids all came back yrs ago.

Things aint bad. Just different.
Zero tolerance for nonsense.
So there isn't any.

You're back with your ex-wife after 15 years?

She and the kids have been back for almost 15 LOL.

Got one kid through college. Another almost done and the 3rd has health issues. Hopefully healthy enough to go back this fall.

Just doin my job.

Shorty might feel good enough to go to deer expo next week. Maybe not. Never know.

If so well make a day jn the big city. Siblings and ex can join, or not. Hell, last yr I went by myself.

My wife does flowers and bakes cookies aside from her professional job. Wife and I (and 9 year old son) had a nice steak dinner and came home to rest. my wife was no t feeling well and my daughter was out with friends. While I waited on her to come home I went out and loaded some ammo. I came in a returned my 43 to stock. Today I hope to make it to the range.

The ol lady has killer hair. Mop w curl. But it takes her an hr to get it right. So she went to have a mild perm done to reduce daily effort.

And the stylist screwed it up. Has happened there and elsewhere. Come to the conclusion that a stripper that cant cant or gets fat, becomes a hair dresser.

Anyway, shes going back for a fix today. I went to gunshop. Found a TC Encore pistol. Not the bbl I want. Is Pro Hunter w cracked wood grip. Proly get for 350 out the door. No optic. End up w 200 in frame after dumping bbl. Hmmmmm
