Did Texas finally catch up with states that allow open carry yet?

Ask Sen. Amy if Uncle Dick up in his deer blind has a permit and whether Dick agrees with Biden on guns, esp. since Joe doesn't believe in things like carry.

Does Minnesota have a shall issue right to carry law?

#Ring...Ring....# Hello..... Just calling to let you know that 'per capita' comparing TX CHL permits to MN PTC permits, I think we may have you. At least by the info I found on the WWW. Not bad for a sadly blue state.

We've still got a ways to go to get to constitutional (permitless) right to open carry.

Colorado has that, BTW, another blue state...

No license or permit is required to open carry in Colorado. ... However, if you do have a concealed carry license, you may carry weapons both openly and concealed anywhere not prohibited by law. Colorado also has minimal restrictions on issuing concealed-carry permits

As does Wisconsin, though it's been less than 10 years since you could do it without police harassing you (unless you were in the woods or such).

Except it is much more of a pain in the butt if you are from Minnesota, ironically. That's one reason I don't go to Colorado.
