Thoughts on the Bersa TPR9??

I was about ready to pull the trigger on buying a cz po7 or po9 for an open carry/range plinker but a buddy suggested I look at a tpr9. It's less expensive but my local range doesn't have one for rent so I can't get a hands on feel for it. Any advice offered would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

I don't have a TPR9 but have the Thunder 9. The TPR9 is basically an updated version with a few cosmetic changes. I don't think the quality is comparable to the HK P2000 but it is nice and significantly less expensive. I like that the Bersa has ambi controls. Look for youtube reviews from Sootch and Graham Baates. Another budget DA/SA is the Taurus TH9.
