So i recently finished my build and noticed on one side where the pin goes in for the hammer the hole looks a bit deformed more so the outside edge of it. I did use a punch to finish the pin maybe I hit the frame not sure. Is this something to be concerned about?

As long as it doesn't come loose when you shoot it, I wouldn't be that concerned. If it worries you, I'd put some non rotating pins in for peace of mind. That might actually cover up the "marring" (don't know what else to call it) if the appearance bothers you.

What size set would I need I’m looking at the kns brand.

If you feel the need to get them, KNS is pretty much the standard. If you have an aftermarket trigger (like a Geissele, since I know the standard KNS set doesn't work with them) just make sure it'll work with it. Apparently KNS does make a set that works specifically with Geissele triggers now, which is nice.
