Have a Brownells AR-10 308 Retro with brown synthetic furniture. Great rifle. Brownells sent me a free replacement pistol grip. The one that it came with was AR-15 rype. The new one is like the original. However the new one is is a diffeeent shade of brown and looks pinkish. Not UV related as other furniture like hand guards are original shade. Anyone have one of these with upgraded pistol grip. Thanks

I was just reminding myself of the original AR10 stock colors: seems like more often than not, the original Portuguese AR10s had grips that didn't match the rest of their stock furniture; however, in most photos their grips tended to be a bit darker rather than lighter than the other components (obviously this example has a new buttstock):

If I was in your place, I'd drop a note with Brownells telling them your preference for a darker shade of brown, and then use some steel wool to slightly roughen the grip you have and spray it with a more suitable shade of paint. It will look more authentic once the paint job starts to chip and scratch!

I suppose you've already seen Karl's rattlecan upgrade to his BRN10?

Roger that already took pics and sent them to Brownells. Yes, have seen Karl’s rattle can paint but not ready to go there yet. Thanks, Jim
