I traded a glock for a 2014 Sig P2022 about a month ago. Finally was able to get it to range. I had recently provided another, older p2022 to a family friend for personal protection while he was working in remote locations. I remember enjoying shooting that pistol.
So I wanted another 40 and this 2022 presented itself. I was happy to make the trade. Not a big glock fan, but I know they are accurate and go bang. But I prefer hammers, even though my daily carry is a PPS.
Probably explained myself too much.
In any event, at the range - first shot at about 15 yards or so hits bullseye. Cool. No such luck after that, but I am OK with that. But the trigger seemed sloppy. Nothing precise or crisp about it. My only other sigs are an M400 and a P238 (wife's). It had been a while since I shot my previous 2022, but don't recall the trigger being that "odd." I had set aside 50 reloads for testing both the 2022 and my reloads, so did not shoot any more and switched to some of my tried and guns for my range day. Also gave a gun I had previously dismissed another shot - my baby rock. Got to like it better.
