I think I’m done with ArmsList for buying and selling.

Armslist is like craigslist except for guns and supplies, I have bought many and sold many thru armslist. Just like craigslist, if you dont like it dont use it.
I do FTF only and will fill out BOS if required. I dont have a carry permit, dont want one, dont need one. If they require it, i dont do business With them. I have walked away from a transaction because I didn't trust the other party, just like craigslist. It is not illegal to privately sell or buy a gun where I live. I have no problem with armslist except the dealers are using it to try and sell overpriced guns and clogging the system up, not all but most.
Used guns i buy come from pawn or armslist, new come from a dealer with decent prices. I do more trading on armslist than buying. I am one of those guys who doesnt want the government to know what all i have.
I also dont Mail order my ammo or reloading supplies, I buy local, I am lucky we have good local suppliers here.
Com to think of it. I have never seen a ad on armslist that they required meeting and doing paperwork at a ffl, why, thought they were for shipping across state or across state line.
RANT: And what's up with the CCW required, just a bunch of $@/^&, here take my TWIC instead, or my captain's license. those mean more than a ATF approval in my eyes. RANT DONE

yet those people will create an account with their personal information on easily hackable website and take pictures of a firearm that displays the serial number... Sounds... Like a stretch of a reason to me but I suppose that could be a reason.
Hmmm, according to @GunnyUSMC , my pic look like #$&!*...but really, that's a stretch, ATF cruising the gun site for pic with serial numbers...
