I ordered a Cz 83 in 32 from Aim Surplus today. They have about a hundred in stock as of this morning. Couldn’t resist after buying a Beretta 81 in 32 also earlier this year, and really liking it. Mags are a bit expensive though, I had to order them from CZ USA, at $44 each. Greg Cote was sold out.

Must... resist....

I wanted one of these in the worst way for a long time. I scratched the itch (more or less) with a Beretta 81. I’d still love to own one, though. But do I really need the ultimate .32acp handgun?

Nice! Just wish AIM would get some 32 acp back in stock. I’ve been watching and see occasional 9mm and 45, but no 32 yet.
By the way Aim is down to about 65 Pistols. If you want one, better hurry!

Just ordered one of the CZ83’s in 32acp. May be the best price I’ve ever seen and I’ve learned you got to these things while you can. Who knows how many more if any will get over here.

Check the mags that come with them. There was a design change recognized by a stamped recess in the back of the mag tube. This shortened the length of round allowed inside the mag which cut down the chance of rimlock.

They are nice little guns. Be careful when buying magazines. The .380 magazines are the same size but they won't feed .32 acp rounds reliably.

Check SGAmmo. They had some last time I checked earlier this week.

Very nice looking CZ !!

Mine reached my FFL on Saturday and I plan to pick it up today. Hopefully, a picture or two later today. If mine is half that nice I'll be pleased.

I had to order mags straight from CZ, like the other poster said, they are indented a little on the back of the mag. Mine was very dry when it came, not dirty, just no lube anywhere.

That's the mag you want. If they have a flat back, like a normal mag, they are roomier and allow the rounds to shift and cause rimlock. I also found European ammo was less prone to rimlock as the case was shaped a bit differently than U.S. ammo.

A nice easy gun to shoot. Y'all enjoy your new pistols.

Shot the CZ today, it does really well with round nose bullets and the two new mags I bought. The original mag will only feed every other round, and hollow point or flat nose bullets hang up every time. From now on I’ll just buy round nose bullets and a couple more new mags. Thank goodness the case of 32 I ordered is roundnose.

I've got a few 32's, mostly old, but a couple new (Beretta and FEG). I found that the flat nose bullets hate everything, so I stay away as best as I can. Luckily, I found that they love Fiocchi, Geco, PPU, and even Blazer.

Mine has an inventory (or maybe original sale?) sticker on the back strap, and a P sticker on the bottom of the mag. Mag is of the older style. Other than a couple of scuffs on the plastic grips it looks virtually unissued. Zero holster wear. Very pleased. Surplus is kind of a crap shoot but this one paid off, many thanks to the OP for tipping us off that AIM had these.

This is the first time I’ve actually seen or held one of the CZ-82/3 family in person. Kinda makes me want to pick up a .380 version now. I can’t wait to get this pistol to the range and run a box or two through it! E1A3B8B8-391D-460D-B1F5-45E67712DD1B.jpeg 469F550B-287A-4F7C-BD08-D9069CEC4FAE.jpeg

Friendly warning, never rack the slide with your hand over the port. There's an extremely low chance a round will fail to feed and get stuck between the barrel and ejector detonating it out of battery.

Had it happen once directly next to me sending shrapnel everywhere and injuring the person holding the weapon.
It was a fluke and a half, but we learned to never do that with the weapon.
