Hatcher's Notebook and Phil Sharpe's Complete Guide to Reloading - versions of these two can be downloaded for free. Also old, but still worth having.

How could i have forgotten? A classic: A’A Yur’yev’s “Competitive Shooting: Techniques and Training” translated by American shooting great Gary Anderson.
The focus is on International Style shooting.
