I applaud the OP's ingenuity and industriousness, but some might want to try these at $24: https://smile.amazon.com/KMS-Square...1&keywords=lee+turret+press+light&qid=1590195

The KM lights come in various configurations for Turret presses, Hornady presses, Loadmasters, etc.
That's the light I have works great I used the flex arm lights before IMHO the LED mounted on the top works much better. If you buy direct from kms squared theres a sale going on.Like the ops light but if someone doesn't want to do any extra wiring the kms kit comes ready to go

Once a few parts come in, I'll have a plug and play version. I'll keep some 12v lights on hand too, since some people may have a 12v supply on the bench like I do. As a sidenote, soon as you have a 12v supply on your bench, you'll find that you can't help but install tons of LED lighting -- I have all my work areas very brightly lit with 6000K daylight LED strip lights. Best upgrade ever.

I have had a couple of the UFO lights since before they were on the market and they really light things up. Yours looks like a mini version of them.

edit: looks like they have one for Lee’s now too, with a few less LED’s, 18 of them vs the 24 and 21 for the 550 and 650’s.

edit again: should have read the other two posts that mentioned them. I also noticed the one for the Co-ax, I need to order.

I started designing a circular PCB like those but since others beat me to it I never bothered to finish.

I use the sewing machine lights, mounting them on 90° a angle bracket on a rear bolt since my LCTs is aluminum, I used the second one on a drill press, it does make a big difference

A few parts came in, and I've solved the biggest "problem" with the existing press light systems -- needing some uncommon power source/supply.

Now these are USB powered, so you can use a phone charger or battery bank to power the 9 daylight LEDs per light for convenient illumination without needing any wiring or power supplies you don't already have!

That's exactly what I'm looking for. I have a speaker on my bench with usb. Are you selling these?!

I have my Borebuddy light powered by an old Modem power supply. Works great and doesn't take up much room!
