That would pair well with a wrangler, the price is right & they can share ammo. Plus the added benefit of becoming a revolver guy at the same time. Win/win situation.
Good luck.
That revolver looks nice! But I don’t know about single handed pistols at all. Might one day give a AR15 556/223 a try or a 9mm PCC sub gun a try one day it could go either way.

But I don’t know about single handed pistols at all.

Getting one is a great way to find out.
(You can use both hands, too.:))

How does the Take-Down shoot?

My first.

I'll also say welcome to the addiction. Was your 10/22 a gift from someone or from yourself? I treat all firearm purchases like a gift even if I got it from me. Sometimes I get one and it's the ugly sweater kind, and I realize it needs a new home. But its still fun when it's new to me.

Might I ask why you have not gotten out to shoot it yet? Life goes by too fast. Grab a friend and head to a range or gravel pit. Enjoy that TD while you can.

Nice rifle ! 10/22's can be finicky don't be discouraged try different ammo and learn the rifle.

Hears my first gun! Got it last summer! It’s a 1022 TD 2018 model according to the serial number! View attachment 923006

Congratulations!!!

My first rifle was a hand me down Winchester Model 69 Boys Rifle, a shortened single shot 22. Learned a lot from that rifle.

Forget about a handgun for now. Learn the basics with a rifle. If you buy your own ammo you will be less in lined to waste it with unaimed firing.

God luck, enjoy that Ruger.

The first gun I ever bought with my own money was this Remington 514 .22 nearly 60 years ago. It's still got all the "good" it had when I bought it new.

The Ruger PCC takedown is accurate and fun.
I suggest it as a next step.
Or a 22 semi auto pistol other than the Sig Mosquito.
