What is the last gun that you bought?

My last is a Ruger LCPII in .22. Wife bought one in .380 quite a while back. I told her not to. She is VERY recoil sensitive. Shot my Kel-Tec .380 one round and would not shoot it. So had settled on the .32 but hated the trigger. She tried the trigger on the LCPII at a shop, told me how great it was. So one day home one comes. She of course could not shoot it so it became mine :D
Well one day I found out they were making the same thing in .22 so she wanted one. That she can and will shoot and carry. Certainly not ideal but I figure something she will carry and practice with beats something she refused to shoot and it does work 100%.

Does it hurt to shoot a gun like that?
I got to shoot one a short while ago. It was not painful mainly because of that grip. It allowed it to "give" with the hand. I was shooting reduced power OO loads. It sure as hell let you know you touched off a round each time. I have long been tempted to buy one since the first guy found the hole in the law that allowed these. Have not bought one as just not sure what the hell I would ever use it for. It was "interesting" to get to try. The one they make now that's a semi auto would be fun to try too as it should soak up a little of the recoil.

The Black Aces makes the semi auto version that your speaking of and from what I have read they are not very reliable. I had a few chances to buy one a few times for cheap and passed due to the reviews.

I had forgotten about Black Aces. The one I was taking about was the one Remington makes. It's just their V3 but instead of making a full size shotgun they make it with a 13 inch barrel. The design of the V3 was to work with multiple kinds of ammo. So far the video's I have seen of the little one being tested it ate everything they fed it. Again something I would like to try for fun. Never really looked real hard at buying one as not sure what the hell I would use it for. Now if they were classified as a hand gun it would be interesting as in my state you could then carry one legally in your vehicle. Even there though I am more inclined to an AR pistol in pistol caliber for this but, the video's of people playing with the chopped V3's do look like fun. If they ever get one in the rental rotation at the range I would certainly rent one to play with a little :D

Looks like a Velo Dog revolver.. can you show a photo of the front??.. Looks like the extractor may be missing.. But there were lots of varieties of these made in Belgium. Nice looking pistol.. I have see people shooting these.

An old Savage Model 340 .223 , I couldn't resist for the small amount of $$ the guy wanted for it and it already had a scope as well. Shoots well for budget rifle .........

Ruger #1 26" no sights in .280 rem.
1967 and had the vertical split rings.
Think around 75 made in that cal/config.

The rings be kinda salty. They're oiled and stored, need diff rings to use.
Bought for future mule deer hunt.

Zero 280 rem ammo anywhere near me.
Found a place 80 miles away, had more .280 AI than .280 rem LOL

Have an old 10/22 fingergroove that's being crappy, wish Brownells still made microbed.
It might go bye bye on a SP101 4.25"

Im on the hunt for an AR, stopped into my normal LGS to check if they got in any used ones lately. Ended up putting a numbers matching Norinco SKS into layaway. So now I have to buy a whole new caliber supply...
