It was a twofer!

I bought a rifle today that surprised me twice. Firstly, I never had considered owning a Kimber and secondly, never a 6.5 Creedmoor. Welp, after handling the 84M Classic I couldn't leave the store without it. This thing is light, is factory pillared and bedded, and the trigger is very good. Gorgeous, did I mention gorgeous? I can't wait to take it out and put some ammo through it. I've got a few boxes of Gold Medal 130 Bergers to run through it hopefully it shoots as good as it looks.

Nice! Lucky you. You are going to love the performance of the 6.5 Creedmoor. And, this comes from someone who has been shooting 308 Win (and still does) for 3 decades.

Congrats on a very nice looking rifle! I picked one of these up a while back and you are correct about them being light. All up, with scope, bases and rings, mine is just a tad over 6.75 lbs. Extremely smooth actions, stainless barrel/receiver and beautiful Claro walnut stocks.

LoL 6.5 and 300 WM are about the only thing on the shelf in Atwood's.
