I go with 3 per handgun, 1 in gun 1 on belt and 1 at home in case I lose the other 2.
I can't tell if you're being a troll or if it's in lighthearted ribbing.
GotchaI really don't like Taurus guns but I was ribbing you.
I always run out of ammo long before my hour is up even if I have to load mags using a mag loader.. Out of curiosity, how many rounds are you firing per range session? If you shoot at a range that charges per hour for a shooting spot, having enough magazines so as to NOT waste your hour loading magazines.
I’d be interested to know how many somebody like Jerry Miculak has.
For his revolvers?

Welcome aboard!Started this hobby in early March, so im late to the party......
My minimum of total mags per firearm is 6. For my carry guns, that means I can have 1 in the gun, 2 spares on my belt, and 'out of rotation' at any given time. I prefer to have at least 10 for each gun. The indoor range that I use charges by the hour and I'd rather spend my time shooting than loading magazines.....But as a new gun owner how many magazines is needed for each firearm that you own?
I don't own one, but I hear that the P365 is a really good choice. Congratulations! That said, see my comments above about ranges that charge by the hour and magazine rotation.....my new Sig P365.... the P365 will be my carry, I only need a enough to practice and test as it won't be a dedicated range gun......
I don't assume anything but right now and probably for the remaining part of Polis' term, he'll have 'other' things on his plate. Selling magazine 'kits' are probably pretty far down on the list. But New Jersey's ruling is lso precedent. And even if the Supreme Court of Colorado ruled that the law stands as written there's nothing in that ruling that prevents somebody else from introducing another bill that repeals that statue and replaces it with a stricter law.
Other than the fact that Polis has stated that he wants to close the "loopholes" in the current law what that might look like is sheer speculation and I admit that. My point is you shouldn't assume that your magazines are replaceable.
