Having same issue as john8255 who posted then ghosted.

I am able to rotate the cylinder counter-clockwise with little to no effort, whether the pistol is in double action or single action


Also, this from the Instruction Manual works sometimes:

Pull the external hammer fully rearward until it is cocked. The action of pulling the external hammer to the rear activates an inner lever which cocks the inner hammer and will also cause the trigger to move rearward. By this position the external hammer will go back to rest position, while the flag signaling that the inner hammer is cocked will be jutting out. The revolver will now fire in the single action mode,...

Also trigger is really, really heavy.

Yeah, I just checked mine and that's not right. The cylinder lock on mine drops (allowing the cylinder to rotate) at about 1/3 of the "external hammer" travel, and then re-engages at about 2/3 of the travel. At no other position can the cylinder rotate.

You've got the right idea: send it in.
