I haven't ordered anything from online retailers lately since I haven't really needed anything. Last orders I placed were back in March and took a few weeks.

Ordered some 9mm bullets from Midway Friday (7/31)evening. Was excited they had what I wanted and wasn't a bit concerned that it said estimated delivery to be 8/21. They have the notice about delayed shipping and all and I'm not in a hurry since it's not a need, but more something new to try.

Email notification shows it shipped 8/1, delivery estimated to be 8/5. Since nobody else considers Fri evening after they've closed, Sat or Sun to be business days, I'm pretty impressed it's already on its way. Is anyone else experiencing faster than expected turn around on their orders?

Last month I ordered some Brown Bear 7.62x39 from Sportsman Guide. First time ordering from them, didnt spend a lot, about $65 shipped for 200 rds just to try them out. Yea it took almost a week to ship but once they did it was fast. Maybe they were trying to impress but they were sent Sunday delivery via FedEx. Never had anything delivered on Sunday except directly from Amazon

I've had 2 orders from Midway in the last month. Both shipped the day after the order and arrived the day after that. I'm only a couple hundred miles from them but sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days to ship and 2 or 3 days to arrive. I was also surprised by the quick turnaround.

One order shipped on 7/23 with an expected delivery date of 7/29 and it showed up 7/24. The other order didn't have an estimated delivery date. I'm guessing the delivery software they use to estimate shipping times has been thrown a curve ball with Covid related problems.

Yeah, I was just kinda shocked that it said estimated delivery was 3 weeks, but it shipped approximately 9 hours after I ordered it and less than 48 hours after I ordered, it's only about 2 hours away. If someone woulda told me that with everything going on and limited supply, I could find, order, and receive 9mm bullets in less than a week...I wouldn't have believed them.

Perhaps their warehouses are about empty and they've caught up with their delays because they've almost shipped everything they has in stock. ;)

Seriously, I think it depends upon the seller and the inventory. I have an item on order that's been out of stock since early June, supposed to ship in September. And an item or two that's supposedly in stock, but just taking quite a few days to ship. Also have ordered things that shipped within a day or two.

The only orders I have had delayed in the past several months are some .44 Spl cases I got off of GB (The seller was shorted on his delivery and asked if I would wait until he got more in) and Harbor Freight is delaying a large pistol case that I ordered.

Stay safe.

Midway hasn’t missed a beat. Their inventory is depleted like everywhere else but I haven’t had any delays at all. Still running free shipping fairly often too.

Had slight delay ordering from couple vendors off Ammoseek , Midway has been been on time , only problem UPS driver doesn't know what an apartment number is and returned last order. I'm done have two ammo cans 9mm and .38/.357 FMJ and cabinet shelf stacked with defense rounds.

I've noticed lots of ominous warnings on websites but no real slowdowns. Occasionally things turn up backordered but so far even custom items ship on schedule or earlier.

My Midway order came in today, so I'd say they're not doing bad at all. Ordered around 11pm Friday, received in the mail about 10am Wednesday.

I've been doing several orders a week from midway and a month now. All have arrived in a very timely manner. They have that notice up to cover their butts in case the post office or ups has issues, but so far, none have come up.

Brownells on the other hand, they are having some minor issues

I've had an order from Grabagun take over two weeks from the time it left their place in Texas to get to me in Arizona, all FedEx's fault.

Ya, my last Graf & Sons order shipped much quicker than the one in May.. Ordered Sunday deliver confirmation yesterday. The May order took 18 days to ship.

MidwayUSA and Amazon (with Prime) have been outstanding for short delays between order placement and shipping recently for me.

Graf and Sons, and Midwest Shooters Supply have taken considerably longer, but not longer than the advisories both have posted on their websites. Both had something I wanted in stock for prices I was willing to pay.

Bass Pro Shops has varied between 2 days and 10 days on orders I've recently made with free ship-to-store (including no HazMat fees using this method).

Overall no real complaints from me.
