I've made numerous purchases on GB using Money Orders, prepaid check, and credit card. I alawys check the seller's ratings. All of my transactions have gone thru with minimal delay. Only problem I encountered was miscommunication between the seller and my FFL. It requiired me to stay involved to facilitate the final transaction. Only delayed by 2 days. I think I would have been really annoyed by a one month wait. I work very hard to do my part and hope others will too.

We have one gun in limbo right now on a shippers ffl issue. The license he sent us isn't valid, wrong address. Says he recently moved and hasn't gotten the updated paper license from ATF. Still waiting. Crickets chirping. Birds singing. That's all I'm hearing.
Needless to say the recipient isn't too happy, but I showed him the paperwork and he's not unhappy with us. Guns.com isn't too happy with the shipper, either.
Bottom line is, as far as we can understand, I can't log it in and I can't ship it back as I don't have a valid ffl to cover it either way so the gun is sitting in my safe.
I feel for the customer, he's out money for the gun and money for the shipping.

Your post is confusing.....you say the "shippers ffl issue. The license he sent us isn't valid, wrong address." The shipper of a firearm isn't required to have an FFL.
Then you write...."I can't log it in and I can't ship it back as I don't have a valid ffl to cover it either way so the gun is sitting in my safe." The gun is sitting in your safe? Then you darn well better have it logged in.

Confusing post is confusing on many levels.

I have only experienced one long delay from receiving a GB purchase. However, the gun in question was sitting in Switzerland, so it took a few months for the import process to execute. I was a happy camper!
