What are your next 5 gun purchases?

Think this is an 'interesting' thread..considering no open outdoor ranges/shooting areas and will not go into an indoor range..I want to shoot what I have first..then think about other stuff.

Corpral_Agarn
1. AR10 or FAL (haven't decided yet)
2. Hi-Power
3. 4 3/4 SAA
4. Winchester 92 clone
5. Krag(?)

Great list! My brother has an FAL and I have to say it handles like a dream with near perfect balance. If you couldn't get that I would recommend a Springfield Armory M1A. I have a Hi-Power and it's a great fit if you have smaller size hands. Would go with a MK.II or MK.III version. Don't have a Colt SAA with a 4 3/4" barrel but would love to have one too! For now I get by very nicely with a Beretta (Uberti), Armi San Marco, and Ruger single actions. I do have a Winchester 92 copy in the form of a Rossi Model 92 (in .45 Colt), and then there's the Krag-Jorgensen Springfield U.S. Model 1898 I restored. Lots of good choices there to think about!

For my next 5 gun purchases (in no particular order), I would look for a:
1) SIG P365
2) CZ Shadow 2
3) Colt Gold Cup .38 Super
4) SIG P210
5) Colt King Cobra Target

It's hard to say because I might buy 10 different guns before I get to any on my list, but things on my wish list are:
Functional pre-1945 1911 of any manufacturer
Thompson Center .22 Benchmark
Remington 1100 LT20 gauge w/26" vent rib
Ruger Red Label 28ga
Colt Commander 38 Super

*Colt 1911 .45 gold cup or something similar.
*DWX - full size, if it ever gets released.
*Zastava AK pistol of some sort.
*Another 1911 Colt or DW.
*Sig 210 or possibly a Walther Q5 match steel frame.

I have come to really like Sig, the grips fit me well, which is tough to find with large hands. Colt 45's speak for themselves. And CZ/DW steel and combinations of metals only, nothing polymer! Do i have to stop at five? My wallet says to stop at the first one, my unquenchable thirst for more says otherwise!

1. S&W 586-8 (blue looks good to me)
2. S&W 640 Pro (come on now, the sights are worth it)
3. Henry Big Boy (rifle) .357 Magnum
4. Henry single shot shotgun (12ga)
5. S&W Mdl 22

I won't get around to buying anything any time soon, but here's my best guess at my next 5 purchases:
1. Ruger American Rimfire Target (or at least one of them with the bull barrel)
2. S&W M&P, not sure what flavor yet;
3. BHP;
4. Ruger Charger;
5. A suppressor for .45 (does that count?).

Well, I got some "ideas and inspiration" from another thread. I am now seriously considering getting a couple of items in .45 Colt. It really makes a lot more sense for me than .44 Mag or .45-70 for my big bore needs, to be honest.

Still kinda want that .45-70, though...

In my top 5 Future firearm buys... #1: Marlin XT-22 MR
#2: Mossberg 590 .410 (Not the shockwave model)
#3: Ruger Single Six Convertible
#4: Marlin XT-22 YR
#5: Ruger American Ranch 5.56 (Ar-15 mag compatible) Or Marlin XT-17R

Only one comes to mind, a Voere 2115. The others will be based on the opportunity to find them. I just got a nice P210-1.

Hmm... My list changes with the wind, but for now, here goes:

1. SIG Sauer Mk25
2. AR platform "other" (CT legal, for now)
3. Mossberg 930 Tactical
4. Glock 23 Gen 5 (eventually)
5. SIG Sauer M18 (or just an M18 upper)

I've got a lot more than five on my current "wish list" but I'd say these are currently hovering near the top:

Ruger Super Blackhawk Bisley Hunter - I'm not a hunter, so this will just see use on the range, but I've wanted to add a .44 magnum to my collection for years, and this gun just appeals to me.

Savage 110 Scout - I'm looking at this strictly as another range gun. I've always been fascinated by Cooper's "scout rifle" concept since I first read about it so this seemed a good match to me. I also like the adjustable stock on this rifle.

Marlin Model 1895CB - The 45-70 is another cartridge I really have no practical use for but I've wanted one for a while, and I like the look of the long barreled lever gun in this caliber. I'll probably try to check one out in person, rather than order one online, as the bad QA reputation of the new Marlin guns still haunts the brand.

S&W Model 17 Masterpiece - A friend of mine has one of these and I fell in love with it the first time he let me shoot it. A beautiful, classic, revolver.

In the time it took me to write this, GunnyUSMC just bought five more.
:neener:
But seriously, the next five will probably be anything that catches my eye and I think is a good deal. I've become fond of revolvers the last few years so maybe a couple more of those. Smith, Colt, Ruger, who knows. I need a new AR because I traded mine away last year and maybe a 1911.

Only five:( next five:)

First I would like to pick up a large caliber revolver 44 mag / 454 or 10mm auto.

2) Bond Arms Rowdy 45/410
3) Ruger American 6.5 CM
4) 45/70 Lever Action
5) nice 22lr left handed bolt.

Ruger No. 1 International in the first chambering I find available.

Ruger No. 1B in 25-06

Springfield Lightweight Operator in 45 ACP

Honestly haven’t thought much past those three and would buy those three in whatever order I am able to get them.

Probably a classic German Luger----

---because I keep looking :( at images of various "brands", but can't justify even the lowest prices.
You know what can happen if you begin focusing on a certain gun type- for no rational reason.:scrutiny:

If we're run imagineering land. A low wall in 357 mag.
That is all I've got. I have more than I need and only want to rebarrel a couple of my rifles when they're shot out.
