Friends, I just picked up a CZ Shadow 2 this morning. I have been a CZ nut since I got my first CZ 75B in ,40 S&W years ago. I was wondering what spare parts would be good to have on hand for this gun? Anyone have any experience they would like to share? What, if anything, goes wrong with them commonly? Thanks so much in advance for your help!

I would say you should look for an extra barrel in “49 S&W” since they must really be in short supply...;)

Did that come just before the 50 AE?;)

Do what chevelle recommended. And, buy more ammo because you will need it......if you can find it....

I've got a few thousand rounds through mine now and haven't needed anything. I hear slide stops are prone to breakage, so perhaps one or two of those. But I'm guessing if you aren't competing it's going to last a while. Trigger return spring may be a good idea as said above. Maybe...…..

The only thing I've ever broken on one of my CZ clones is a slide stop. I had just bought a spare, just in case. Normally, that absolutely insures that part on the gun will never ever break, but the gun had a lot of rounds through it and the recoil spring was pretty weak, so I replaced it and then the slide stop broke about 200 rounds later.
