I recently purchased some Hi-Tek coated 9mm and 357mag. Haven't loaded any yet. Anyone have any experience with missouri?

I load MBC Hi-Tek in .32 S&W/L/H&R, .38 Special, .357 Magnum, and .30-30 Win. I really like them. Good accuracy, and so far no leading even in the .357 Mag rifle loads or .30-30.

For 10 years. When Brad started his retirement project he joined this forum seeking advice and comments. We soon had MBC operating at maximum capacity. When the component shortage was near it's peak Brad went to the Shot Show with cash in hand and bought several new casting machines, getting moved up in the wait line since he prepaid. After that Brad had little spare time for the forum and has put his heart and soul into the business. He is a square shooter and will make a problem right. Currently he has quite a backlog, but will deliver.

So much for a "retirement business" there Brad.:D Their coated bullets are top notch and I have used many K of their coated small ball with zero problems and good aaccuracy. As noted make sure you expand the mouths enough to keep from shaving the coating.

Yup, reload their coated .38, .44, .45 and 45-70 bullets and never have had an issue. Just placed another order yesterday as I am running low.

I'll admit that I didn't have the best luck with their Hi-tek 9mm. They're ok, but the accuracy wasn't the best. I prefer Berry's 9mm. Now, their 44 and 38 offerings? I've ran a ton of them and they're great.

I have looked into buying them for my 45acp and 9mm rounds but had no idea what the hitech coating actually does or is.
I like played because they are so much cleaner to reload and seem work better on my steel targets. Does this hold true for Missouri coated?

Yes, they are very clean during reloading. I just sent 2000 45ACP 200 gr LSWC through a hornady LNL progressive and I did nothing but blow out the brass flakes from the factory crimp die. Everything else is as clean as I started. I’m super happy with the hitech, the accuracy out of a 5” Kimber is really impressive.

Today I noticed the 500 s&w Crushers are not on their web page to buy. Yikes, I hope they make that again. Down to one box left and I got bowling pin shoots coming up. Lol, they’re a blast under trail boss.

I have bought, loaded and shot MBC lead in .380, 9mm, .38 Spl/.357 M, 10mm, .41M, .45acp and .45LC.
Recently bought a batch of the Hi-Tek powder coated in .380, 10mm, .45acp, and .300BLK subsonic. Have not loaded these yet, but have no doubt they will work just as well/even better than the lead rounds.
