I have 8 12 gauges. SxS's, Pumps and SS. I don't know what it is about the little ole Pardner. But I love this single shot. It has a MOD barrel. I shoot it quite a bit. Goes bang every time. Flawless ejection, and pretty darn accurate.
Shot every type of 12ga out of it. Anyone have the love for these like me?

Picked up a 20ga last December for $110 at a pawn shop for a light squirrel gun.it has the modified choke barrel, wish it was full as I prefer it for squirrels but I have taken a number of small game animals with it. Ended up using it primarily for jumpshooting waterfowl. Shoots slugs very accurately. Great gun, I’d love to get a 12ga.

Big fan of the Pardner. Here's one that I cut down to 18.5". Replaced the butt stock with a straight-gripped Shikari stock I had on another rifle at one point.

It sits in my bedroom closet. I am pleased with how it turned out, but in hindsight I regret cutting it down, only because it was a perfectly nice 26" mod. At the time, I told myself that I can easily pick up another brand new one whenever I wanted... RIP H&R :(

There is a 16ga in pawn shop near me. It is in ROUGH shape, but they still want $100 for it. Have trouble paying that as I got my 20ga for the same price and it’s in fantastic condition

I have been using one since i turned 18 in 2003. They were 70 bucks new and was living on a tight budget. Mine in a 20 gauge and that thing has soon soo many rounds. I wished i could find another. but they are hard to find a decent one around here. All the ones i have seen are all beat to crap. I replaced the stock with a survivor stock. IMG_4448.JPG

I have a NEF full choke .12 gauge. that I like very much, it will reach out on pheasants & ducks. I was always going to send it back to be fitted with a .20 gauge & .410 gauge barrels but never did, now I can't . Ya snooze ya lose. hdbiker

I have never owned a single shot shotgun, or a .410, or a 16 gauge. In 72 years I have yet to feel deprived.

Hang on,

It's coming.

I'll admit to no 410 but I've got single shot shotgun and 16 gauge covered with absolutely no regrets.

And I've got a year on ya.
