Yesterday I headed out to my friend's land where we hunt to assess damages from hurricane sally, and to start getting feeders filled, shrubbery trimmed around stands, etc. for bow season starting later this month. Of 4 pop up blinds, only 1 was completely destroyed (placed order for a new one today). Another blind is in usable shape (probably get 1 more season out of it), but the window screen nets have disintegrated from age. The velcro on the "frame" portion is surprisingly still good. I'm calling the triangle shaped piece of material with the velcro that the screen should be attached to the "frame". I have a roll of plastic window screen that I want to use to fix this. The screen is black, but I can always mist it with some camo paint to tone it down. The question is, what should I use to stick the screen to the "frame"? Glue from a hot glue gun? Shoe glue? PVC cement? Something else?

Wood glue might work. Really strong two sided tape might but weather would be a problem. Any glue you use it would not be flexible.

packing tape Stuck to both sides so it sticks to itself through the screen is what I generally use on tents. It remains flexible when done that way.

You can buy velcro tape with both sides; sounds like - IF I understand your post correctly - to be the best method.
