tark, that's a really marvelous collection of Astras, though. Noted: perfect bluing and grips in tip-top shape. Those must be worth a few bucks now!! :thumbup:

The cylinder gap on the Sportsman's Model 999 is a bit too big, very loud for a .22. Still an accurate reliable .22.

I chose the H&R 900. I am sure it’s the most reliable of the 3 and probably more fun to shoot.

The Luftwaffe did as well. Mine is a .32 and has a serial # that was in a shipment to the Nazi's, but it has no Nazi markings. For unknown reasons, the Nazis never stamped inspection marks on the 32s, and did on the .380s.
