Hi. I’m dumb. I saw a can of powder in stock today and didn’t buy it. It was longshot and I have never used it, so I wasn’t sure how versatile it is. Oh well, I have other powders, it’s just nice to see something actually in stock.

I'm dumb to, few week's ago a shop has rl-25 for $19.99, but the guy behind the counter was a total A-hole so left without it.

That’s not dumb, you most likely have better powders on hand better than loud shot.

Loudshot is versatile though and really useful in a shortage. There are great mid range loads for 44 Mag to 9mm. It's my favorite for mid range 357 Mag and 40S&W.

I loaded some 45acp with Longshot yesterday, it's a fine powder for many applications. It's one of my preferred 10mm powders, and I'm trying it in other autos.

I went through a time, several years ago, when I tried a lot of powders for my pistols but longshot wasn't one of them. After reading above comments , if i see it I will get a jug of it.

I use longshot a lot....but I'd suffer an a jerk for some rl-25 or 26.....I'd have murdered a jerk for some rl-23 for almost a year ....

Longshot is my favorite for hi-velocity .357 Sig and .40 S&W. CFE-P is my favorite 9mm powder.

I use Longshot primarily for 10mm, but I've tested it in 40S&W and 9mm with great success. Haven't tried it in 44Mag yet, but I've got plenty and it's on my trial list. I like variety and options!

If you'd passed on small pistol primers, we'd have to flog the devil out of you. Longshot....meh. Powders are still there. Grafs even still has 8s of BE-86.
