I keep a Leatherman Wave in the console, a Griptilian 553/serrated blade in the underdash tray, an Estwing E24A and Mora under the back seat (crew cab) with the utility gear, Madison trauma shears in the first aid kit, and a Grip553 plain blade tanto in my back pocket.

I have one of those $15 Moras in each of my vehicles, along with a small pocket knife in the console, plus a chinese made flea market hatchet. I also have some type of folder on me as well. If I am hunting on my 4 wheeler, I have whatever knives I am using for the hunt, and an Ontario kukri that lives on the 4 wheeler. I was using it the other day to chop down vegetation around my blinds and tree stands for the upcoming season.

I keep bigger chopping knives in the cars, mostly because I've had to move trees out of the road a lot.

2 cheap options that work well are the Cold Steel Kukri Machete and Aranyik E-neps

Oh, yeah.
I also keep a cruiser ax and a hatchet in the truck as well.
Yeah, I keep this little gem and a good shovel in the truck too. There's also a SAK officer model in the console and a buck lite for a spare knife. I always have a good folder in my pocket. Those are all in addition to the Buck 119 and the Gerber Multi-plier that are in the door pocket.

I have a Kabar partially serrated folder. Not pretty or new, but sturdy. Free if you want it. (Wish I'd read this yesterday. Your ARKs were dropped off today. )

Pair that with something like RTAK 2 or a sturdy sharpenable shovel, 12-18" machete, or a hatchet, and you should be GTG.

I keep a buck 110 btw the seats, my get home bag(always in my truck/car) has a Glock 81 and a Gerber multitool
I also carry a pocketknife everywhere

A good old Stanley utility knife or one of it's many variations is hard to beat as a sharp, cheap cutter.

I keep a full toolbox in my daily driver, but in the door panel compartment is a leatherman super tool 3000, and a cheap Amazon flipper on the visor.
We have lockblade flippers on the visor of all our vehicles after a friend and her young son hung helplessly upside down in an overturned suv until rescued.

Call me cheap....but my truck tool box has a 14 inch machete and a stainless Mora. I don't like stainless but the tool box can be damp in the rainy season.

In the spirit of the thread , I also have a gerber machete in its scabbard ziptied under the front rack of my honda atv.

In my daily driver I have a full size single bit ax, a 10lb fire extinguisher, and a full size spade fastened to the inside of the bed, giant zipties, and a full change of clothes.....
Fireman's tools.
