I just order this Gamo .177 from Bass pro shop for 119.95 ..1200fsp hold 10 pellets..A friend of mind has one and I got to shoot it Friday..For the money Very very Accurate at 40 yards..Order this from bass pro shop missouri online..

I had been thinking of buying one of these. My nephew has one and so does my dad. Haven't shot my dad's yet. He can't cycle the piston due to "sucks to get old" shoulder problem. Was going to last week but he got me working on electrical instead. I heard my nephew shooting his and it sounded like a 22 LR. Or at least that's what I thought he was shooting.

Congrats on the purchase! With the way ammunition prices currently are it can save you more than you paid for it.
Sad thing is ... believe it or not pellets have been hard to find unless the prices are inflated.... several staple decent priced pellets are gone... not to be found...

Hatsan is the only airgun company that tests their guns with lead pellets. The 1200fps the Swarm advertised is for alloy pellets. You will get in the 800fps using lead.

Have the mod 85 sniper in .25 awesome little gun. You will love it.
This will be my First Hatsan Rifle , but I buy a lot from Wing Supply company..Last month I bought 2 Hatsun red dot sights...Money now here Christmas Wow...I've have read a lot about these Hatsan Rifles and they seem to Last.. Can't Wait..
The Quick Silver I bought for my wife on 1990..The Crosman 760 I bought in 1977 and Both Rifles still shoot Today..My wife shoots a Crosman 1077 and I have a Beeman a break barrel and other crosman break barrel..We have 11 Rifles and 2 Pistols..we also shoot about 3 days a week....Having Fun..

Have a bunch of airguns afraid to count them. 13 Hatsans. They are very underrated. Great mid tier guns that if tuned properly will compete with and gun out there. The 85 your getting probably won't be your last Hatsan.
You will love how quiet the 85 sniper is. That muzzle break on it does a great job of silencing it.
