Yes, I bought 2 and wife bought other 2. Same deal with first guy. Even more amazing that it went that fast. Think shelf was full and a case was on the floor. My Bi-Mart has a two box limit per person
Last week when I went in, 9mm was gone within the hour of the store opening.Yes, I bought 2 and wife bought other 2. Same deal with first guy. Even more amazing that it went that fast. Think shelf was full and a case was on the floor.
Yeah, the only two calibers that I consider myself low on ... .38 SPL and .357 Mag ... And I ask myself: are things getting that pathetic that I think I'm low on a caliber when I've got at least 500 rounds of each left in my stash? Then I answer myself: absolutely, yes!I asked a clerk if any more was coming and he said the 9mm was a surprise arrival. He added .38 special or 357 Mag was made out of "unobtainium"
Yeah, hate to see people take out bull(redacted) rules on the staff; same goes for mask rules.
WalMart always was weird about ammo; they had 100 packs of 9mm for less than $14, and I can't load them that cheaply. I was always asked at checkout if the ammo was for a handgun; I always said no. It was for a carbine...

Probably because Wal-Mart stopped selling handgun ammo nationwide about a year ago ... corporate policy.ocal WalMart has been out of any pistol ammo for 9 months now.
Its addicting to find what others deem unobtainable.I've found fair amounts of 9mm at my local Bi Mart in the past few months. I'm crazy for looking since I have a Dillon SDB set up in 9 and tons of components.
Local Murdocs and Jax has had 9mm..2 boxes per and it doesn't last long but they are getting it.Yeah, the only two calibers that I consider myself low on ... .38 SPL and .357 Mag ... And I ask myself: are things getting that pathetic that I think I'm low on a caliber when I've got at least 500 rounds of each left in my stash? Then I answer myself: absolutely, yes!
I feel sorry for the poor folks that have to man the ammo counters in retail stores these days.
Well bi-mart did it again today and maybe a sign of change. Ammo shelf had maybe 3 to 5 dozen boxes of federal and blazer 9mm in 115 and 147. That was at 10 am to day and sure it went fast at sub .13/rd prices. Not so good news is there was NO powder or primers to be seen in the reloading section
