does anybody in east texas have a threaded beretta 92 I could test fire?

I have some low powered subsonic 9mm rounds that don't cycle reliably through my cz p07. I could change my load, but it works very well in my 9mm carbine, and stays subsonic. I've been wondering if the beretta 92 non-browning tilt barrel design would function better for me. But they're expensive to buy just to soo if it MIGHT work.
So I'd like to screw my suppressor on somebody's gun and try my ammo through it to test for function. Anybody got one within an hour or so of tyler I could try?

Hello,
I might suggest something that worked well for me, I shoot a lot of lead 9mm's that are low powered by jacketed standards, 3.2 grains of powder under a 120 grainer. It gives about 980 fps, very accurate. However, my Beretta would short stroke occasionally if fired them in colder temperatures with grease for slide lube. I went to a 12 pound reduced power recoil spring from wolf, and she works perfectly.

The extra weight of your threaded barrel reduces the slide speed, and there may be too much spring to let it come back fully. Try a couple of springs that are a few pounds lighter, I think you'll find your fix.

I already clipped a couple coils to see what happened. It got better, but not great. And I ran into issues with the slide returning to battery.
