Plenty of 12 gauge ammo here. About all there is really. Even Wal mart has the 100 round packs for that.

Every Walmart around here has empty shelves; a few smaller guns stores have a limited selection

You're in luck... go to SGA Ammo for Remington Express 12 ga slugs - by the five round box or in bulk (sgaammo.com) as well as some various off-brand stuff. Haven't used SGA myself in about two years - but they were super reliable and shipped right to my door when I was ordering from them...

If SGA is out my next stop would be AmmoSeek (ammoseek.com) to find out just who does have what I was looking for -as well as lots of useful info with comparisons about shipping costs, etc.

Good luck, hope this helps (and hope they don't sell out once other read this...

I got slugs and buckshot at Walmart today. Two different stores in fact. Two boxes of each at each store. Both gun department employees said its still trickling in. Otherwise they have a few boxes of lead shot and a ton of steel shot.

I spent most of Wednesday afternoon/evening finishing (well, starting and finishing) my Christmas shopping. A Cabela's, Bass Pro, Field and Stream, 3 different Wal-Mart stores, and a couple mom n pop places. 2 different malls as well, but not relevant to the OP.
12ga bird shot plentiful.
12ga buck available in some spots.
28 ga aplenty and even 16ga bird shot on a few shelves.
Zero .410 or 20ga ammo and not a deer slug of any kind, anywhere.

The places that sell components all had some powder, but not much. Very few projectiles and not a primer of any kind to be found.

But yes, there was 12ga stuff around and at "normal" prices.

So glad I roll my own and stocked up on components. Except for shot. Don’t need much of that but a 25 pound bag would be great to have.
