Living 12 min. from the club, just to keep the .22LR pre-panic reserve really 'fat'.:

.12/rd. to a fellow private gun club member. No shipping, no tax helps. Moderate "Dollar Cost Averaging" is ok, in case today's prices last one-two years (+).

Some .22 LR just arrived, yesterday, via UPS, from Midway USA. On the same day, I ordered some Barnes VOR-TX, .308 Winchester 150-grain, and .375 H&H 300-grain, also from Midway. I think that the .308 had just arrived, and, as always, one had to act quickly. The .375 H&H was easy, as it had been in stock for some time, and there may well still be some available. Not many flippers are interested in buying .375 H&H, and not many users of .375 H&H rifles shoot all that many rounds of it.

My very modest stash of .375 H&H has been stored in a stable environment, but dates from about 20 years ago, so it seemed sensible to refresh it.

Its time to cast some lead and hitek coat them zombie green! Hotplate is for heating up the mold. I bought 10lbs of 92,6,2 hardcast from roto in addition to my lead ingot collection,. Checker at wally wanted to know what I was cooking. acetone, hotplate, shaker, measuring cup, oven thermometer.. let the fun begin!

1 box of 30.06 and 1 box of 30-30 ammunition from a friend.

Found a deal on m 22lr mags - came home with a few 10/22 and buckmark mags.

traded 270 for 25-06.

traded ammo for a couple of S-15 mags.

My two new CVA black powder muzzleloaders. Close out at less than half price. The one in my left hand I got it for $179 and the one in my right hand I got it for $99. Another Walmart deal.

LGS had some blazer brass 9mm today. Grabbed 2 boxes. $22 each but not complaining.

now if I can only find some SD ammo.

Got my first bullet puller yesterday at local shop.

Managed to pick up a few primers on Saturday.
My son and I did a gun shop tour and managed to pick up 500 each of large pistol and small pistol primers. 300 each at one shop and 200 each at another shop. Daily limits of 200 and 300 per person per day at the respective shops.
Also got 650 commercial cast coated LRN 180gr .40cal bullets and 100 each of Hornady 125gr .357cal and 210gr .41cal HP/XTP jacketed bullets.

Am visiting Florida right now and stopped by an Academy Sports hoping to find something different than the current ammo / reloading famine at home. Nope.

I did by the store limit of 3 boxes of Barnaul 7.62x54. Not a great deal on it but not bad either. It was there and so was I so, why not. Have to say it’s a cool store and the folks there were all pretty good to deal with too.

Bought a couple more Toolcraft 5.56 BCGs from BKF as they just got a shipment today. Building another 5.56 rifle and a 300 AAC. Now I need the 308 LR BCGs to show up in stock.

1,000 Gas checks for a Lee 312-155-2R mold. I'm going try and see how transonic cast bullets work for me in 300 Blackout. I've got some real good sub-sonic loads for my AR and Ruger American Ranch and now want to up my game.
