While some can’t believe the price of ammunition lately, I couldn’t fathom the price of these magazines...

Let alone the price of a new affordable Savage Shotgun...;)

Evidently someone’s algorithm is in need of adjustments!:D

Has anyone seen any hilarious advertising lately?
(Not just the price of commodities today. We have enough, “Oh my Gosh, My arm for some ammo!”, threads already. Just funny mistakes please.)

I’ll try to find the ad I have of a Ruger MKIII, claiming to be in 9mm, I have some where...;)

The website you show looks exactly like a website of a small mom and pop I've been on. It has the same guns for sale as what your screenshot is and the same advertisements surrounding it. Must be a generic gun website with ads and "drop-ship" firearms that are available. Wonder if the gun store owner who uses those generic websites can put in a % margin increase on pricing and someone goofed it up.

Pretty funny nonetheless.

Here's the website I was talking about. Same format and stuff, much different pricing :D

Sweet! I can sell off some old mags to guns I no longer own and pay off my house!

I'm sure Cheaper Than Dirt saw this and lowered their prices to be competitive.

Yup. It looks exactly like Schulyers Arms. Another drop shipper, but one I’ve have great service from.

I suppose with the prices of the Beretta shotgun, I should just get a Hoferwaffen Hummingbird...;)

I have been steady buying ammo by circulating between Academy, Attwoods, Gander and Cabela's and similar places at pretty much regular prices. Y'all just need to quit feeding the resellers.

but people have to buy from resellers because some people go around and scoop up everything they can at the local retailers.

I was on one of the major online retailers yesterday and they had a Shield for 42,900.00 Want to say it was CDNN but not 100% certain.

Didnt screen grab it as I knew it was a typo.. Everything else was within reason of current markets.

I get 3 or 4 emails from them a day; their prices have risen, but I don't think by that much.

That's their Gearfire online presence. A lot of gun shops are distributors for Gearfire. I've noticed the smaller gun shops have almost no selection from Gearfire right now, but one local dealer to me that's willing to mark up prices 30% to 50% above retail, has a much broader selection through Gearfire right now.

I'm not sure how the gun shop pecking order gets established with Gearfire.

Well I searched all over creation for the article but I couldn't locate it, a while back I saw an article for the Ruger 5.7 and at multiple times throughout the article they mentioned the astounding 17rd capacity. They also touted its impressive "17" rd capacity in the title as well. Smh. Like maybe do a lil research before you print. I've seen other pretty bad mistakes too....
