Inline fabrication Lee classic turret case ejector

The ergo roller handle is very nice.
If I remember the ejector kit runs in reverse so you would have to change the order of dies in the tool head. I have 12 tool heads set just the way I want them so I decided not to buy it.

I have the case ejector system & the ergo roller handle on a LCT. Buy it! You will not be sorry.

There is a short learning curve with the ejector system but nothing very tricky. The ergo handle is GREAT!

I have my LCT set up on a home-made riser and using the ejector & ergo handle can comfortably load 200 rds per hour once I get all my components in place. (pistol rounds). I can't speak for loading rifle rounds as I only load one bottle neck cartridge (.22TCM) and it takes a little longer because of the small bullet.

I decided against it. Not because of having to switch dies around. No big deal for me because I just load 9mm and .380 Auto.

I can load about 200 rounds of 9mm in about an hour and 15 minutes. That's from start to clean-up and checking powder drop every 20 to 25 rounds. I like the Classic Turret because I get lots of feel or "feed back/' on each round I load. I can tell from sizing and priming to bullet seating how things are going and can also feel if something is off and I need to stop to check a round. Any faster and I feel like I might be missing my chance to check things and stop before I load anything further. I don't want to be in a position to pull a bunch of bullets.

There are plenty of loaders who can handle the feel going faster and on a progressive press. I'm just not one of them. As far as the case kicker goes I say give it a try and see for yourself. It's not that expensive and you may like it. If not you can probably sell it pretty readily.

I don't see the point myself and it wouldn't save me any time in my method. Inline fab makes good stuff though and some people love it. Here's what I do.

I've been using it for a couple of years (I think). Excellent piece of equipment!

I've watched your video a number of times as it's appeared in different threads and I'm always impressed!

I personally like to do a super quick inspection of each finished round before I throw it in the ammo box. It simply entails rubbing my thumb over the primer to make sure it’s seated properly and to make sure the bullet is seated properly. Doesn’t take any extra time since I do it as I’m removing the finished cartridge and adding it to the ammo box. But that step is important to me for some reason.

I like Inline Fab stuff. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

+1 on the ergo handle and case ejector. The case ejector did speed things up for me. I still use my Wilson case gauge on every round. If I didn't it would save more time. I also have s KMS light on my LCT.

I used one and love it. It speeds things up for me too. Buy one you wont regret it.

I also waffled about getting the case ejector setup, mostly because of the reverse rotation and having to reset all my dies.

I did purchase the setup, and am glad I did. The case ejector smooths out the process, and as a result it speeds things up.

And really, 10 minutes to reset the dies the first time on the reversed press is a once-and-done thing.

I bought the case ejector. The only issue is the instructions are not very clear on how to assemble. Any suggestions? Sorry a bit dumb but I usually can find it on YouTube. I do instructions pretty good but a bit confusing.

I don't own one so about all I can mention is that you'll have to reverse your dies since your turret will be moving in the opposite direction.

What else are you having problems with?

Remove the factory Lee center rod. Put ejector part on new Inline Fab center rod from the bottom. Drop in place.
Done.

I could be missing something here, but I just went to In Line's web site and it looks like they only list ejector kits for single stage presses. They still list the ejector fingers for the Lee Classic but not the ejector kit itself.

I have the ergo roller and I’m not 100% sold. I think it will just take some getting used to. I don’t love how the handle moves freely and ‘spins’. I load mostly 9mm and 38 special on it so I don’t really use a lot of force. I do, however, appreciate the ergo roller on my Rockchucker as I have to use a lot more force resizing rifle.

but for $50, there are worse ways to spend your money. I think you’ll be happy with it.

Every press mfg is out of stock. It’s no wonder inline fab is too.

Back in early 2014, there was a thread started by Celem on the Lee-Loader.com website regarding a video that had appeared on YouTube showing the reverse rotating head and case kicker.

If you have some minor skills, you can make your own.
Tools I used were:
C-clamp
2 Crescent wrenches
propane torch
metal file
1/4-20 die
Drill press
various small drills

Materials:
1/4 key stock
metal or nylon collar
1/8" pins and springs
1/4-20 square head nut

I made mine for a total investment of about $20.
My version with 4 pins and a round head is used for case prep, the turret has a Universal decapping die, a sizing die for 223 and 9mm.
