Rolling blackouts and closed roads ruined my family range trip today in Texas too. We watched some old biathlon highlights on TV and have a whole new respect for that sport!

8" on the ground here....6" more expected. Temp s holding at 14.
Come this Friday we will be two weeks with temperature never reaching freezing.
All. Do is go out to feed the livestock and gather eggs...dogs are going stir crazy.

Not so bad here - about 30 degrees outside right now. But it's been snowing off and on for three days, and I know darned good and well what our "range" (the county gravel pit about 2 miles south of the house) looks like - it's full of snow, and if I drove my truck down into it, my truck would be there till spring!
At least I've got THR, and I have reloading components too. It's just that I can't get out and test the ammo I already have loaded up.:uhoh:

e rex: at least the heat/humidity won't normally be as nasty in July-August as it is in west TN.
I spent about 33 years with a serious fraction of the layovers in hotels from SD/ND, MN, WI, NY etc. Needed two ski caps, layered, to even go outside for a 25-minute run (Hate treadmills etc) around Minot State Univ. etc.

You might soon get a 20* F. day (in early March) with some sunshine, which makes such a huge difference.
