2400 vs A No. 9

I’ve used AA9 for many years in a number of handgun and rifle cartridges where it has worked well. I was never a big fan of 2400 - but that really means nothing. The OP will be happy with his purchase after he fine tunes his loads.

I'm with you.
I bought a 1# can at a local store right before the poop hit the fan.
If I'd have known what was coming, I would have splurged for the big can.
 
Flammable dirt... I like that one. A #7 is sorta like that with me, but I acquired a bit of it once and me being cheap, um... frugal I used it all :)
I just scored 3 lb of Accurate #7 from Brownells a couple days ago. Want to try it in velocity 124 gr loads in 9mm. What did you use it in? Right now you get what you can get. I've been using Longshot powder (not a powder you think of for 9mm) and finding pretty good success with 124 gr loads. Velocity is pretty good to.

Was long ago but it was probably .40, I haven't loaded 9's since the 70's or early 80's can't be help there.
