I recently received a RCBS Rock Chucker Single Stage Press. I messed up and Lost the Die Insert for Standard dies. Totally My Fault!!!. I contacted RCBS thru their Site. Solely with the intention of buying a New Insert. I did not Explaine what happened to the old one as I only ask about buying a new one. Imagine my suprise when I recieved an email from thier teck department telling me that they were shipping me the part Free of Charge and free shipping as well. I have a Dillon 550 so I am used to dealing with Great Customer Service. But I have to say I am Really Loving RCBS. No questions asked and they are shipping me a part for a Used Rockchuker Completely Free Of Charge.

Smart on their part. That is the least expensive and most effective advertising money can buy.

BTW, was recently looking for a set of dies and on a whim, checked their website and lo and behold, they had em. $40 some bucks and free shipping........half of what used cost on ebay. Needless to say I'm now a fan of RCBS!

Their customer service has always been legendary. Its good to hear that they are still that way. I wish they would bring back whatever parts of their manufacturing that they sent to China.

RCBS sent me a pin i lost for my. 38 spc wadcutter mold after emailing their website and asking if i could buy one. I left my shipping info and telephone number. A few days later there was a package from them to me. It was the pin GOD bless them

I have only had good things to say about their customer service so far when I needed to get something replaced. I don't have any experience with any other manufacturers except RCBS, but hopefully they are just as good.

I just purchase a second T7 turret head for my press. I wanted to get a spare ball and spring, after contacting Redding to purchase one they took my mailing information and told me it’ll be ship. I asked how much but they said it’s on them. Nice customer service there too.

More than a dozen times I have called RCBS customer service to buy a part that I broke or lost. And I told them that I screwed up. They sent me the part anyway. The first time I called them I had scoured the plastic tube of my brand new powder drop. Nope no charge.

Just bought one of their Sonic cleaners because of their service.

RCBS once sent me a replacement cord for my tumbler that my cat had chewed up. When I called I asked to buy a replacement the nice lady asked what happened and I told her the cat chewed it and I didn’t think it was safe any longer. She cracked up laughing and said no way could she charge me after that story.

Over the years RCBS, Dillon, Lyman, HiPoint and others that are in the sporting business have always come thru with over the top customer service. Something all companies should strive to simulate.
So does Hornady mate with bells on..
