Don't be afraid of a heavy crimp.

My cardiologist said I needed to stop eating rare beef. If I did it would add 10 years to my life. I said, “Yeah, 10 sucky miserable years. No thanks.”
they don’t know what they are talking about!

here’s my thing: lots of meat, rice, light on the grain gluten (I love some pizza) and supplements

CoQ10
Tumric
vit C,E,D
zinc

been doing it for years and never felt better

Neck tension is critical for any serious duty use. I would sacrifice an moa for a more durable cartridge. Fine accuracy @ a range just isn't as important as not having a malfunction in a situation.
you ever try TarTar? it’s the best thing ever!

Germans eat TarTar alot

Has anyone had a too much crimp situation that caused a problem?
Do you mean like cutting through plated bullets and having the plating separate on its way to the target?
Yes.
Magnum primers woke the tiger in my Eagle better than crimp.

Though I can single handedly thumb cock and shoot a Desert Eagle, I prefer Veal and Venison to some old cow. It tastes better knowing it was cute.

Part of my learning curve with the 454 Casull. I wasn't getting the velocities I should have, and wondered why. Well, I certainly found out why. There was enough crimp to keep the bullets from walking forward during recoil, but not quite enough to get the required tension for the powder(296) to build peak pressure

I need me one!

Are these crimped too much? I'm using a Lee crimping die. Also, I loaded some .223 cartridges but, they all measure 2.185. is that going to give me issues? They hand cycle fine. No hang ups. I was just curious if you think they should be ok.Thanks.

Your crimps look like mine in 223. The marks the lee one leaves. Drives me nuts lol. It's only the .223/556 crimp that does it. My 30.06 and 7.62x54 lee crimp dies do not leave them marks on the neck.
