Just got a new 3D printer. I’ve been on the fence about it for a while, until a buddy of mine got one and showed me all the reloading tools he has printed... 3 days later Amazon kindly dropped one off on my doorstep. Wondering what cool ideas there are out there for 3D printed reloading stuff? I’ve seen mentions to this on the forum before, but never in its own thread, correct me if I’m wrong. Figure this might be a good way to give back to the forum. If I steal your idea and make it work, I’ll print off two and send you one. Working on an RCBS primer catcher, Hornady trimmer shaving tray, powder thrower stand, trays, and boxes.

What one did you get, I'd love to have one to mess with tho I think I'd have to get a laptop to run things.

Inspection light ring for your press - so you see can inside the cases easily to inspect for powder.

Or u could look at them before u put them in the press. As i fill my cases, i stack em in a loading block. Then the last step is to double check to make sure they are all charged before i go to the press. I just hold the block under a light to see down inside the cases.

I got an Ender 3 Pro, supposed to be the go to for beginners like me.

what’s the contraption sitting on the blue box?

Made several MEC bushings for a brother just cause it seemed easier/quicker than ordering them at the time. He's still using them over a year later.

How about a really speedy rifle bullet feeder....

Or a Mirror Holder on a shelf so you can see everything.....

I'm 71 last December.....Thanks to pioneers like Jmorris, ARBossman, and RedlegEd's encouragement, I bought my printer last July and started prints in August. My first print was for my Grandson.....a T. Rex from an .STL file from a Thingyverse. I'm older and slower than most of you.....if I can learn it this fast, you guys can learn it faster! Turned into a Godsend for my Covid stay at home prison sentence.:)

The first T.Rex.....made 150% enlarged (just a size choice on the slicer)...Grandson was thrilled, and I was sure I could make things more than worthwhile for reloading.....

I’m getting a 3D machine, can it print primers

It can.....it just can't print flash chemicals to light them. ;).....think I'd rather have metal pockets tho....the plastic will melt. :)

Just to add I have 2 printers. This is a custom built one ....

It's a corexy printer. Compiling firmware was a pain. But I finally got it.
