I have seen a fair number of people discussing what new gun they will buy with the stimulus check when it arrives.
If you want to be able to keep your guns, perhaps instead you should consider using that money to support one or more gun rights groups. We all have some we approve of (mine is the Second Amendment Foundation) and some we don't like, but the good ones can make politicians pay attention or push important court cases.
"Money is the Mother’s Milk of Politics" -- You can do a lot of good personally by encouraging new shooters, writing letters and generally being a vocal supporter of liberty, but without money the national groups are a lot less effective.
For some of us that money is desperately needed, but if not this may be a chance to do something important for all of us.
