In these times it's great to see a company that cares and takes care of their customers.

Months ago I stripped down my 41 mag dies to clean them. Well other things came up and they sat. I lost the insert for the seater die during that time. I contacted support to get a part number so I could order a replacement. These are about 45 years old and I wasn't even sure they had parts for them.

I received a reply that thanked me for using their products and they would ship me the missing part for free.

Same thing happened to me. I totaly messed up a part for my RockChuker II. Contacted them to just order the part and they sent me the part free and free shipping to Boot. Can't beat a company that does That!!!

Yep I actually ordered the wrong part from them and it was my mistake. I sent them an email and requested to send that one back and they ended up sending me the piece I needed to make it work at no charge. They also had a part I needed that was not in stock anywhere. Of course I had to pay for that but atleast they were able to get it to me. Another great thing is when you make contact you get a real live person and their direct line to make contact. Good folks...
 
Hats off, indeed!

I obtained a used Rock Chucker that was missing the primer arms and hardware. Called RCBS up to order the parts, and I fully disclosed that it was for a used press, and Charlie refused to take my CC #. With this level of service, they've got a customer for life!
